SeaOne, a U.S. Company based in Houston, Texas has developed and patented a transformational new
technology for production and transportation of custom-tailored mixtures of all of the lighter hydrocarbons
(methane through pentanes plus) produced from oil or gas wells. This new product, “Compressed Gas
Liquid” or “CGL”, which can deliver all of these hydrocarbons in a single package, is uniquely adapted to
serving smaller, nearer, energy markets, such as the Caribbean and Central American countries, which
cannot afford the cost of conventional LNG terminals and conventional separate reception and storage
facilities for propane, LPG and NGL purity products. CGL technology uses small-scale modular processing
facilities which can be sited in existing ports and fit within the parameters of the ports’ environmental
review processes.
