The Blueprint2025 Top Infrastructure Projects are projects that are national priorities, and that require little or no public investment to move forward. The award ceremony will be presided over by General David H. Petraeus. Private investment in U.S. infrastructure would transform our economy, without adding to the national debt - these projects are key harbingers of that transformation.
